Modesto melodic punks Dwellings are streaming their new album Lavender Town. The album was released June 29th through Tragic Hero Records, I was particularly fond of the track “Color of the Cat Tree”.

This is the début album for the California punks. If you’re a fan of The Weakerthans or Matchbook Romance these guys combine The Weakerthans ability to tell a great story, with the heavy melodic sound of early 2000’s Matchbook Romance.
