Voters over at the opinion site Rankopedia have ranked the best guitar players in punk rock history. The list is topped by Johnny Ramone, followed closely by East Bay Ray (Dead Kennedys, The Killer Smiles). Others to make the list are El Hefe (NOFX), Tim Armstrong (Rancid), and Chris Head (Anti-Flag).
