Free Album Download: Prevenge / Dig It Up split

Here’s a couple new punk bands for you to check out.  Montreal’s Dig It Up (featuring members of Fifth Hour Hero and The Sainte Catherines) recently put out a 4 song split 7-inch with hometown brethren Prevenge.  You can stream all 4 songs right here, and if you like what you hear you can pick it up for pay-what-you-want download from Juicebox Recordings.

The Prevenge side of the 7″ was recorded and mixed by Adrian Popovitch (Priestess, Barnburner) while Dig It Up recorded with Marc Andre Beaudet of The Sainte Catherines. All songs were mastered by John Naclerio (Polar Bear Club, My Chemical Romance).

In related news, Dig It Up recently finished recording with Jon Drew, who produced Fucked Up’s Polaris Prize-winning The Chemistry of Common Life, as well as releases from Alexisonfire and Career Suicide. No label or release date has been announced, but stay tuned for more news within the coming weeks.

Dig It Up has also just announced a handful of US East Coast tour dates with None More Black.  Check out the dates and locations here.
