In hopes of raising awareness about post traumatic stress disorder Flogging Molly are offering a free download of their song Punch Drunk Grinning Soul right here. You can also check out a video for the song here. Originally penned as an allegorical biography about a young man who unexpectedly committed suicide, the video takes the theme one step further and applies it to a malady faced by millions of people the world over – post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD.
The song appears on their most recent album, Float, which was released in 2008 on Side One Dummy Records.
