Quebecois punks Brixton Robbers have some sad news to announce. In a recent MySpace blog, the band announced that following their current tour leg, their guitarist, Max, will be leaving the band. As for the reason, it seems that Max has just gotten tired of the lifestyle, and is looking to move on. Read the entire blog here.
If you live in Quebec or France, be sure to head over to Dying Scene Shows to find out when you can catch the last shows of Max in action!
After 5 years of playing shows, sleeping on dirty floors and many nights of drunken debauchery, our good friend Max Ledoux has decided that this gypsy life just isn’t for him anymore. Max has been with us since day one, jamming in our parents’ basement on 30W amps and playing shows to, more often than not, the barmaid and sound guy. We wish him best of luck in his projects. These next 2 tours across Quebec and France will mark Max’s last shows with us and Sunday April 18th will be his last Montreal show, so don’t miss it!
Our friend Jepeto will be taking over on guitar when we get back from Europe.
