Jump Start Records have signed Chicago pop-punk group Noise By Numbers and plan to release the band’s new album, “Over Leavitt” this Summer.
“Over Leavitt” will be a follow-up to 2009’s debut album “Yeah, Whatever….” which was released through Asian Man Records/Solidarity Recordings.
