According to Stereokiller.com, Madball have finished recording their four-song EP, which they hope to to release in June. It was again produced by Erik Rutan, who handled the production on their last full-length studio album Empire, which was released in 2010.
The new EP, which still has no name, will be Madball’s fourth one in a row, the first being 1989′s Ball of Destruction, the second 1992′s Droppin’ Many Suckers, and the third 2004′s N.Y.H.C.
In other news, Madball are also working on a new full-length studio album. They state, “Another new Madball album is on the way! We premiered a track from the last album and hopefully we will be able to get a new one from this as well! Stay tuned for updates! You can’t keep the godfathers of NYHC down!”
