Manchester Punk Festival have announce the second set of bands that will be playing next year. New additions include Culture Shock, Random Hand and Beat The Light. They will be joining other great bands such as Propagandhi, Wonk Unit, The Bennies, Pizza Tramp, In Evil Hour and many many more.
