Devil’s Brigade is a side project of Rancid bassist Matt Freeman and guitarist Tim Armstrong (they were in Op Ivy together, too) and they’ve got their self-titled debut (it looks like <— that) coming out on August 31st through Hellcat Records. You can stream one of the songs, Shakedown, right here. And just so you’re not surprised, Tim Armstrong isn’t on vocals in this band, so get ready for Matt Freeman’s growling instead.
Devil’s Brigade has also announced a national tour this fall in support of the release – get all the details here!
The band has previously released two 12″ albums and you can stream a handful of their songs on their MySpace page.
