Canadian thrash-punks, Propagandhi, have premiered a new song, entitled “Duplicate Keys Icaro (An Interim Report),” which will be appearing on their upcoming album, “Failed States.”

“Failed States,” the band’s first release with Epitaph Records, is set to be released on September 4th. The album will be their first since 2009’s “Supporting Caste.”
