Recently reunited Swedish hardcore punk act Refused have announced that they will appear at next year’s Rockfest. The festival is scheduled to take place from June 18th to the 21st in Montebello, QC. A full lineup announcement has not been given yet, but Less Than Jake and Raised First were confirmed as of October.
Refused broke up in 1998, shortly after the release of their iconic album The Shape of Punk to Come, but reunited in 2012 to play some shows before apparently parting ways again. The band just recently parted ways with their guitarist Jon Brännström, but they are said to be working on a new album.
