Rolex sues Forever The Sickest Kids singer for millions for selling counterfeit watches

About a month ago, Forever The Sickest Kids singer Jonathan Cook was arrested for selling counterfeit Rolex watches. He is now being sued by the watchmaking company in a multi-million dollar lawsuit.

“Defendant intentionally, maliciously, and willfully sold, offered for sale, distributed, promoted, and advertised watches bearing counterfeits of one or more of the Rolex Registered Trademarks, despite knowledge that such sales were illegal,” the lawsuit reads. “Defendant’s acts were calculated to confuse and to deceive the public, and were performed with full knowledge of Rolex’s rights.”

Rolex asks for $2 million “for each mark counterfeited.”
