The Flatliners cancel UK tour

Canadian punks The Flatliners have cancelled their upcoming UK tour dates due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Frontman Chris Cresswell writes,

“Due to circumstances out of our control at this point, we unfortunately will have to postpone our UK tour for this upcoming February with The Arteries and OK Pilot. It is with heavy hearts and sincere regret that we bring you this sad news, as we’ve all been looking forward to it for some time, we love your country and the bands mentioned above. We’d like to thank Ian Armstrong at Hidden Talent for all the work he’s put in to this tour, and The Arteries and OK Pilot as well for just being awesome. Our apologies certainly go out to them as well. We’ll get another tour sorted out over there as soon as possible so we can all sing along together.”

That’s a total bummer! We’ll keep you updated on any rescheduled dates. The Flatliners latest album “Cavalcade” was released in April 2010 on Fat Wreck Chords.
