Tim Timebomb and Friends stream ‘cover’ of “Dope Sick Girl”

Another Tim Timebomb and Friends track for ya this evening. This time, we’ve got the band’s ‘cover’ of the Rancid track “Dope Sick Girl.” Here’s what Tim had to say about reworking the track:

Dope Sick Girl was first released on a Fat Wreck Chords 7″ in 1993 and was tracked at Westbeach Recorders in Hollywood. Westbeach was a punk rock hot spot in the 1990s-recording NOFX, Pennywise, Bad Religion and Rocket From The Crypt to name a few.. This first appearance of Lars Frederiksen on a Rancid single would rock the known music universe as we once knew it.

Click here to check out the Tim Timebomb version of “Dope Sick Girl,” which appeared in its original form on the 1994 classic Rancid album “Let’s Go.” The track should be available for download via iTunes on April 9th.
