San Bernardino’s progressive punk act What Hands Are For have announced their signing to Anchor Eighty Four Records. The band has plans to release a new EP titled “…Please Believe Me” with the label in February, 2011 via a limited first pressing of 500 vinyl LPs over three different color ways.
Says the label:
We are extremely excited to be working with such amazing and like minded musicians. As we began to exchange emails and conversation, both the band and label hit it off and knew that this pairing would be a great fit. With the upcoming release of their follow-up EP, ‘…Please Believe Me‘, What Hands Are For plan to widen their listening audience and close the gap on artist to listener relationships.
These dudes definitely have a unique sound. Check out their MySpace to give them a sampling.
