Fifteen Years Bio:
Fifteen Years are a Bristol punk rock band. Playing 1990’s epitaph and fat wreck chords style punk rock mixed with dark lyrical themes. In their first year they have already blasted their way on to bills with iconic bands such as Authority Zero and SNFU and appeared at the legendary Dean Lane Hardcore Funday.
“We formed out necessity because no one was doing it how we liked in this city. We we’re going to gig’s and every band sound like Nirvana but without the hook.”
The band are gearing up for a busy 2017 with the release of their debut EP ‘Welcome to Hell’. Named after their favourite skate video. “Toy Machine welcome to hell is my favourite, it has the best soundtrack! Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Misfits, Sonic Youth... it’s the best!”
"despite the punk feel 'Black City' carries, it’s a well crafted song with raw vocal that I can’t get enough of. They only formed this year, which makes it all the more exciting for a band with an awesome sound and a blank page" - Shoplifters Union
"Straight in, you're smacked in the face with punchy guitar riffs and the drum kicks in with full force. It's hard not to move to the beat and join in with more gusto at the Chorus" - Audiation Magazine
