Comedy punk legends Green Jellÿ (otherwise known as Green Jellö) have announced that they will enter the studio in May to begin recording a new album, entitled Green Jellö Nursery Crimes, which, according to founder Bill Manspeaker, will “feature a collection of narrated twisted fairy tales which will be accompanied by a variety of animated shorts.”
No release date for the new Green Jellÿ record has been set, but we’ll keep you posted as more details on it come to light. The band’s latest album, Musick to Insult Your Intelligence By, was released in 2009 on Rotten Records.
