Wrong Life and Paper Rifles to release split EP

Wrong Life, the band that includes Fraiser from the The Murderburgers is releasing a split EP with Paper Rifles. It's called The Last Words of an Optimist and it's out July 21 via limited fun records. You can hear two tracks below.

David Vanian And The Phantom Chords re-release 1995 album

David Vanian And The Phantom Chords the solo band of Dave Vanian of The Damed, have just re-released their 1995 album. The new version is out via Big Beat records and is the first time the record has been issued on vinyl. A test press for the vinyl was made in 1995, but was never put into production. The re-release is a straight reissue, without bonus tracks or re-mixing. The band also recorded an album in 1991 which has yet to officially be released.

MESS announce summer European tour

Mexican punkers MESS are going on a Euro tour. It kicks off in Late August and finds the band hitting about 10 countries. You can see the dates below. The band released a split wiht Chisel last year.
