Bad Operation and Joe Gittleman to release ‘Waverbeaker 4’ split

Joe Gittleman and Bad Operation will be releasing a split EP together. It will be the fourth edition of Bad Time Records’ Wavebreaker series and will feature 6 songs – three from each band. The EP will be out everywhere on June 16. Two songs have also been released – “Carrie O” by Joe Gittleman featuring Sean Rogan, Ryan O’Connor, Paul E Cutler, and Dan Stoppelman of Big D and the Kids Table and “What Keeps Us Moving” by Bad Operation. The Pink Spiders have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called FREAKAZOID and will be out on July 7 via Pure Noise Records. The band has also released a video for their song “Devotion”. The video was directed and edited by Perry Bean. The Pink Spiders released their album Mutations in 2018. Check out the video below.

Los Angeles-based D.A. Stern has released a video for his new song “Red Front Door”. The video was created by Brad McLean. D.A. Stern released his EP People Named Ben in 2021. Check out the video below.

Tours: Danzig announces 'Danzig' 35th anniversary tour (US)

Danzig has US tour dates to celebrate 35 years of his 1988 debut solo album Danzig. Behemoth, Twin Temple, and Midnight will be joining on all dates. A statement released along with the dates reads in part, “These will be the only Danzig shows for the foreseeable future, so do not miss this opportunity”. Tickets go on sale June 2. Danzig last released Danzig Sings Elvis in 2020. Check out the dates below.

The Dirty Nil release video for “Blowing Up Things in the Woods”

The Dirty Nil have released a video for their new song “Blowing Up Things in the Woods”. The video stars B.A. Johnston and was directed and edited by Mitch Barnes. The song is off their album Free Rein to Passions which is out now. The Dirty Nil will be touring Canada and the US with Daniel Romano’s Outfit starting in June, playing Rock The Park in London, Ontario in July, and touring the UK in the summer. Middle-Aged Queers: “This Song Is Sponsored By Absolut Vodka”

Middle-Aged Queers have released a new song. It is called “This Song Is Sponsored By Absolut Vodka” and critiques the commercialization of Pride Month. The song originally appeared on the benefit comp Punk Rock Saves Lives…the Album! Vol. II and is available digitally now. Middle-Aged Queers will be playing Punk Rock Bowling this weekend, touring the US this summer, and playing Fest in October. The band released their album Shout At The Hetero in 2022.
