The Blackburns are a new band from Philadelphia. They include Joel Tannenbaum (Plow United, The Rentiers) and Nick Palmer (Wax Wav, The Danger-Os). Also contributing to the band are Lynna Stancato (vocals and synth) and Abe Koffenberger (guitar). The band has released a debut single: "Chill City Population You" and "Southern Chester County." An album is partially completed and due for release in 2024. You can hear the new tracks below.

The Slackers have released a video for "shameboy." That's off "Don't Let The Sunlight Fool Ya," out via pirate's press. You can see the video below.

Crazy and the Brains have released a statement about their summer and fall plans- they are releasing a bunch of new music. The band stated: "Who is ready for new music?? Power trip festival (which has nothing to do with the now defunct Powertrip band) was scheduled for October 2023 in Indio. Bands slated to play include Guns n Roses, Ac/Dc, Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Tool.Ozzy Osbourne was also scheduled to play, but he has pulled out of the festival. Chris Farren has released a video for his new song “First Place”. The video was directed by Mitra Joouhari. The song features Jeff Rosenstock on saxophone and is off his upcoming album Doom Singer which will be out on August 4 via Polyvinyl Records. hris Farren will be touring the US and UK this fall and released Death Don’t Wait (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) in 2022.
