La Dispute to release new album, share three new tracks

La Dispute have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called No One Was Driving the Car and will be out on September 5 via Epitaph Records. The band has released the first three songs off the record: “I Shaved My Head”, “Man with Hands and Ankles Bound”, and “Autofiction Detail”. These tracks were inspired by the 2017 film First Reformed. “I Shaved My Head” comes with a video directed and edited by Steven Paseshnik and Adam Vass. La Dispute released Panorama in 2019. Dog Race to release debut EP, share "Return the Day (Colours)"

London, UK-based gothic rockers Dog Race have announced that they will be releasing their debut EP. It is called Return The Day and will be out on June 6 via Fascination Street Records. The band has also released a visualizer video for the title track. Dog Race have released a handful of singles each year since 2022. Check out the video below.

HIDE sign to Get Better Records, release new song

Chicago-based electronic duo HIDE have announced that they have signed with Get Better Records and have also released their first single with the label called “DEEPER THAN DEATH (here on earth) I DESTROY”. HIDE released their album Interior Terror in 2021. Check out the song below.

Thunder Queens have released a video for their new song “Teenage Years”. The video was directed by IMMV Productions and features live footage shot by Joshua Marc Seguin during their show at La Sotterenea in Montreal in March 2025. Mike Huguenor to release new solo album, shares "Oils of Orange" video

Mike Huguenor (Jeff Rosenstock’s band, Hard Girls and Shinobu) has announced that he will be releasing a new solo album. It is called Surfing the Web with the Alien and will be out on June 27 via Lauren Records. The record will be all-instrumental and was made using only one electric guitar and one acoustic guitar. A video for his new song “Oils of Orange” has been released which was directed by Jonathan Kramer and stars members of Scowl, Star 99, Shinobu, and more. Mike Huguenor released his first solo album X’ed in 2020. Check out the video and tracklist below.
