Balance and Composure just released a new single titled "Alive and Well", see below. The single was left off of their latest release, With You in Spirit, however it reignited the band to get back together. The track was produced by Will Yip and the lyrics explores themes of disconnection, internal struggle, and reclaiming one’s sense of self.

Militarie Gun and Dazy have released a video for their new collaborative song, “Tall People Don’t Live Long”. The video was directed and produced by Ian Shelton. Problem Patterns have released a video for their new song “Sad Old Woman” which features guest vocals from Matt Korvette of Pissed Jeans. The video was filmed and edited by Brendy of Post Carpentry. Los Angeles-based Goon have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Dream 3 and will be out on July 11 via Born Losers Records. The band has also released a video for their new song “Closer to”. Goon will be touring the US supporting Preoccupations in June and released their EP Red Ladder in 2022. GWAR is going to release a new EP. It's called The Return Of Gor Gor and it is paired with a comic. The EP has three new songs and four live cuts. That's out late July by the band directly. You can see the lead video, "Lot Lizard," below.

Today we are thrilled to bring you the premiere of the new video by Chicago-based rockers With Patience! The video is for “Exit as Instructed” and was created by drummer and lead vocalist Lee Diamond. The video also features on-train footage shot by guitarist and vocalist Chris Wade. “Exit as Instructed” is the second single from their upcoming album Triptych. Speaking to Punknews about the song and video, the band said, ”’Exit as Instructed’ is a song about experiencing a crippling anxiety attack while riding Chicago’s L train and using the system’s instruction signs as a coping mechanism to endure it. The music video recreates that overwhelming sense of panic, immersing viewers in the experience as they travel through the city. The same signs that provided a lifeline during the attack now serve as a powerful visual tool, displaying the song’s lyrics and bringing the journey to life.” Triptych will be out everywhere on May 9. With Patience will be playing their record release show on May 10 at TLPC.World in Chicago with sets by Orlock and Deep Tunnel Project.
