Monk have released a lyric video for their song “Chains”. The video was directed by Dylan Gould who also produced the video along with lead vocalist Frank Bach. The song is off their upcoming EP Dark Side of The Mind which will be out April 25 via Dine Alone Records and Tarantula Tapes. Catbite has announced a new EP. It's called Doom Garden and it's out May 9 on Bad Time Records. The band is also going on a headlining tour with Rodeo Boys and The OBSMs are opening. You can hear the lead single and see live dates below.

Jivebomb have announced US tour dates for this spring. Polarview will be joining them on all dates except for their April 6 show in Atlanta. The tour begins on April 3 in Richmond, Virginia, and runs until April 9 in Columbus, Ohio. Jivebomb will be releasing their debut album Ethereal on March 28 via Flatspot Records. Vancouver-based screamo band Emma Goldman has released a new song. It is called “I don’t think much at all” and is off their upcoming album all you are is we which will be out on April 28 via Zegema Beach Records. The first song from the record, “this is your brain on minimum wage” was released last month. Emma Goldman released their split with Clavel in 2019. Check out the song below.

California Kicks Festival has announced its lineup for this year. City of Caterpillar, Lord Snow, Frail Body, Adobe Homes, Awakebutstillinbed, Crowning, New Forms, February, Dangers, Kiowa, ….and Its Name was Epyon, Journal, Carrion Spring, Rhododendron, Onewaymirror, Godfuck, Shortstop, Rosemary nods upon the grave, Braham, The Names of Our Friends, and With Open Arms will be playing the festival. California Kicks will take place at Neck of the Woods in San Francisco, California on June 14-15.

Here's a little surprise. A new Integrity album is in the works. Alex, who runs the re-launched version of Dark Empire records and also makes noise music, offered a brief update. He stated that he has recorded some noise for a new Integrity album. It appears that the LP is mid-way in production and recording has already commenced. No title or release date has been mentioned, We'll keep you updated. Integrity is about to release a split 12-inch single with Earth Crisis. The last Integrity studio LP was Howling, for the Nightmare Shall Consume in 2017.
