Camp Punksylvania has announced another wave of bands for this year’s festival. Dillinger Four, Scowl, THICK, Working Class Stiffs, Vulture Raid and Beef will now be playing the festival. These bands join the previously announced lineup of The Vandals, Murphy’s Law, Channel 3, Direct Hit!, MakeWar, Pollyanna, JER, Rebelmatic, Cancer Bats, Single Mothers, Bat Sabbath, Hans Gruber and the Die Hards, Soji, Ship of Fools, The Chemical Imbalance, Restroyer, The Chugs, Seing Snakes, Cardboard Homestead, No Complyance, Houston and the Dirty Rats, FEAR (who will be celebrating 40 years of More Beer), Bridge City Sinners, Against All Authority, Get Dead, War On Women, The OBGMs, Spaced, The Kilograms, Teenage Halloween, The Bad Ups, The Best of the Worst, Stuck Lucky, The Car Bomb Parade, Pucker Up!, Stoke Signals, Escape From the Zoo, The Abruptors, Sammy Kay, Black Guy Fawkes, Suburban Downgrade, On The Cinder, World of Chaos, Come Out Fighting, Career Mode, and Scarboro. Camp Punksylvania will take place on June 20-22 in Gilbert, Pennsylvania.

Arm's Length have released a video for their new song “You Ominously End”. The video was directed and edited by Alex Scalzo-Brown. The song is off their upcoming album There’s A Whole World Out There which will be out on May 16 via Pure Noise Records. Arm’s Length will be touring the US starting on May 2 and released their album Never Before Seen, Never Again Found in 2022. Check out the video below.

Montreal-based powerviolence band Lobotomite and Montreal-based emoviolence / grind band Typeface have announced tour dates for the Maritimes. The bands will be heading out East starting on April 24 in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and will be wrapping up this run on April 27 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Rhabdomyolysis will be joining them on their New Brunswick dates. Lobotomite released their album NEW TRANSGRESSIONS in 2024. Typeface released it takes a forest to flourish in 2024. Bad Moves have announced that they will be disbanding. The band annoucned this in an Instagram post that reads in part, ” Hi friends! It's been an excellent decade rockin with y'all, but the time has come for Bad Moves to say farewell. No bad vibes here! Life changes have brought us to a crossroads and we thought the best move would be to party with the kids who wanna party with us one last time. […]Thanks as always for rockin with us. We'll see you soon!” They will be heading out on a farewell tour around the US with Adult Mom and Theo Grizol of Nana Grizol joining them on select dates. The tour will start on June 18 in Columbus, Ohio and will wrap up on July 20 in Brooklyn, New York. Their final DC shows have yet to be announced. The band will be playing in DC at Comet Ping Pong on March 22 with S.L.O.G. and Slut Intent.Bad Moves released one EP and three full-length albums during their years as a band with the final one being 2024’s Wearing Out The Refrain which we spoke to ’Wearing Out The Refrain’ with David Combs and Katie Park about last year. Mamalarky has released a new song. It is called “Anhedonia” and is off their upcoming album Hex Key which will be out on April 11 via Epitaph Records. Mamalarky will be touring the US starting later this week and released their album Pocket Fantasy in 2022. Check out the song below.

Refused have replaced Zulu on their upcoming final North American tour following the allegations of physical, emotional, and psychological abuse made against lead vocalist Anaiah Rasheed Muhammad. The band has since parted ways with Muhammad and is currently "on pause". Slaughterhouse and Deaf Club will now be joining Refused on select dates. Slaughterhouse will be joining them on their San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Sacramento dates and Deaf Club will be joining them on their Del Mar date. Check out the updated dates below.

Gender Chores have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called Waiting Lists and will be out on June 27. According to the announcement post on Instagram, the EP will feature a mix of new tracks and reimagined old favourites. Gender Chores have released two singles so far this year and released their collection album Play The Greatest Hits in 2022. Check out the announcement in full below.
