Pouzza Fest has added more bands and artists to this year’s festival. Subhumans, THICK, Raygun Cowboys, Teenage Halloween, Guilhem and The Bamboo Bones, Spite House, Maura Weaver], Dikembe, Combat, Brutal Youth, Micah Shnabel, Doghouse Rose, Future Teens, The Raging Nathans, Slaughterhouse, Pomegranate, The Filthy Radicals, Bad Boy, Call Me Rita, Chinese Medicine, Shiv and The Carvers, Rope Skills, Pro Wrestling The Band, Guhn Twei, Barbe A Papa, Seed Toss, Jerkoff Diary, Fucked Up, Drug Church, The Slackers, NOBRO, Wine Lips, The OBGMs, Elway, Fomo, Debt Neglector, Small Leap, and Wifey are among the bands announced. These bands and artists join the previously announced lineup which includes Frank Turner, Toys That Kill, Thunder Queens, Dim Wizard, Worriers, Apes of the State, Chris Farren, Teens In Toruble, Beton Arme, Samiam, The Holy Mess, and Oceanator. Pouzza Fest will take place May 16-18 in Downtown Montreal. See the full lineup below.

Canadian music festival North By Northeast (NXNE) has announced its first wave of artists for the festival. Problem Patterns, Goddess, Big Milk, Bitch Stick, Frankie Flowers, Hormoans, Lunchmeat, Black Budget, Feura, Junko Daydream, Lightkeeper, Miss Mae, Monstrosa, and Full Throttle are among the bands announced. NXNE will take place on June 11-15 in over 20 venues around Toronto, Ontario including Sankofa Square (formerly Yonge-Dundas Square), Lee’s Dance Cave, Lee’s Palace, Death and Taxes, Duffy’s Tavern, Infinity Room, Rivoli, The Pilot, and Redwood Theatre. Bonnie Trash have released a video for their song “Poison Kiss”. The video was directed by lead vocalist and lyricist Sarafina Bortolon-Vettor. The song is off their album Mourning You which is out now via Hand Drawn Dracula. We recently spoke with Sarafina and Emmalia about the album and you can read that interview right here. Bonnie Trash will be playing a handful of shows around Ontario this spring. Check out the video below.

Today we are thrilled to bring you a track-by-track breakdown for the new EP by Heavens Club! The EP is called Free World and follows their 2021 EP All That Was. It features three tracks that finds Shiv Mehra (Deafheaven) and Chris Natividad (Marbled Eye) continuing to expand their sound. Garbage has announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Let All That We Imagine Be The Light and will be out on May 30. The band hasn’t released any new music yet but they have unveiled the tracklist. Garbage released No Gods No Masters in 2021. Check out the tracklist below.

Vampire Slumber Party have released a new song. It is called “Holes” and is off their upcoming album of the same name which will be out on April 4 via Cat’s Claw Records. Vampire Slumber Party released their self-titled album in 2023. Check out the song below.

Gully Boys have released a video for their new song “Love Me 2”. The video was directed by Johnny Nguyen and stars Justin Pierre of Motion City Soundtrack. The song appears to be a standalone single and is available digitally now. Gully Boys will be touring the US with Skating Polly starting on March 6. The band released their EP Favorite Son In 2021.
