Tunic have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called A Harmony of Loss Has Been Sung and will be out on February 28 via the band’s own label Midwest Debris. The band has also released a video for their new song “Eyes Crossed Out” which was created by BNB Studios. Tunic released their album Wrong Dream in 2023. Check out the video and tracklist below.
Sadly, film maker and musician David Lynch has passed away. Lynch's family issued a short statement: "It is with deep regret that we, his family, announce the passing of the man and the artist, David Lynch. We would appreciate some privacy at this time. There’s a big hole in the world now that he’s no longer with us. But, as he would say, “Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.” It’s a beautiful day with golden sunshine and blue skies all the way." Punknews sends our condolences to Lynch's family, friends, and fans.

Today we are thrilled to bring you the premiere of the new song by Los Angeles-based industrial skramz artist Belted Sweater! The song is called “Cherry Grove” and is off Belted Sweater’s upcoming self-titled album. Speaking about the song, Christopher Patrick Gregory said, ”’Cherry Grove’ was one of the first songs I worked on for this record. There's a lot of guitar & ebow on it, which is new for me- the last record being just shouting, synths and drums. So blending the live instruments with synths kind of set the template for the record, sort of like if Kevin Shields did sound design for a boss fight in an NES game.”Belted Sweater will be out everywhere on February 21 via Self Versed Records and Softseed Records.
