Jen Pop of Bombpops has announced two Hawaii shows where she will do an acoustic set. The shows are at the end of August in Honolulu. You can see the details below.

In salute to the brand new Another Day album, and the recently released One Day album, Fucked Up have released the brand new Who's Got the Time & A Half? album. The release was written, recorded, mastered, and produced all within the span of 24 hours, starting yesterday at 6pm.The album represents the first time the entire band has been in the same studio at the same time in about 15 years. It will only be for sale for 24 hours, meaning it goes off line tomorrow afternoon. You can hear it below.

Rodney Anonymous of Dead Milkmen will release his first solo EP on October 1. It will be called Tales From The FrankenCartridge and will include six tracks, including "psychic mom," "dry bones speak," "this ghastly noise," and "The King of Clown's Ass Kentucky." The tracks are expected to be industrial/electronic influenced. Rodney has previously released material with 7th Victim (with Janet Bresslar) and Burn Witch Burn.

Newish Philly area band RIPP have released a new track. It's called "Destructive Fixation." Right now, it appears to be a stand alone single. You can hear the new tune below.

Lauryn Hill and The Fugees have canceled their tour, which was supposed to kick off in three days in Florida. Neither the band nor Livenation gave a reason for the cancellation. Ticketholders were e-mailed last night letting them know that they would be refunded. There was no mention of re-scheduled dates. A number of the just-canceled dates were intended as replacement dates for a tour that was canceled last year.

Sunami has a full USA tour planned. It kicks off in early October, hits both coasts and a lot of places in between, and runs through mid-November. Ingrown and Torena open all the shows, while Apex Predator, Scarab, and Awol open various dates. Also, there are two dates that Sunami is not on, but the openers are.
