Chasing Heroes announce new EP, share "In Your Head"

Hamilton, Ontario-based punk rockers Chasing Heroes have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called The Half Dozen EP and will be out on August 30. The band has also released the first single from the release called “In Your Head”. Chasing Heroes released their debut single “Empty Cages” in 2023. Check out the song below.

Ween cancels three shows

Ween has canceled three shows. this week's gigs at Seattle, Portland and Eugene are a no-go. The band did not issue a reason for the cancellation, but future gigs are expected to take place as scheduled. The band just re-released Chocolate and Cheese with a lot of bonus tracks. The band stated: "We regret to announce that we will have to cancel our shows this week in Seattle, Portland and Eugene. We love performing for the best fans in the world, and we are beyond disappointed we won’t be able to do these shows. All tickets will be refunded at point of purchase. Thanks as always for the love and support."

Dale Crover wants to drum for your band

Dale Crover of The Melvins wants to drum for your band. Redd Kross, one of the bands in which Crover drums, is wrapping up their massive tour this month. Late sumemr and early fall finds Melvins' Buzz Osborne on tour with Trevor Dunn as King Dunn. The Dwarves recently appeared on an episode of the vinyl guide podcast. In the episode, Blag Dahlia talks about the new Dwarves Keep It Reel record, the Dwarves The Dwarves Concept Album in 2023, and other records. Eugene Robinson of Oxbow announces book tour

Eugene S. Robinson of the recently disbanded Oxbow has announced a book tour for A Walk Across Dirty Water. The short tour kicks off on August 21 in Eugene's hometown of Washington, DC and runs up the east coast. Tickets are on sale now. Meanwhile, Eugene has a few recording projects in the works including a new Bunuel record. We will keep you updated.
