SWEAT announce new album, release "Give Me Action"

SWEAT have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Love Child and will be out on March 15 via Vitriol Records. The band has also released a new song called "Give Me Action". SWEAT released their album Gotta Give It Up in 2022. Check out the song and tracklist below.

Festivals & Events: Sing Us Home announce day line-up

Dave Hause presents Sing Us Home, a music festival this May in Philadelphia, PA just announced the day line ups for the event. Videos: The Baby Seals: "Vibrator"

The Baby Seals have released a video for their new song “Vibrator”. The video was directed by Liam Goodrum-Bell of Tape Runs Out. The song is off their upcoming album Chaos which will be out on April 19 via Trapped Animal Records, Green Island Music, and Wipe Out Music Publishing. In Memoriam: Mojo Nixon has passed away

Sadly, Mojo Nixon has passed away. He was 66. Mojo passed away from a cardiac event on the Outlaw Country Cruise, where he was working as a performer. As you likely know, Mojo Nixon was one of the first artists to blend country with punk rock. his biggest hit was "Elvis Everywhere" and he cut an entire album with Jello Biafra called Prairie Home Invasion. You can see some of Mojo's music below. We send out condolences to Mojo's family, friends, and fans.

Interviews: Jeffrey Everett and Shawna Kenney – 'REFLEXXIONS' at the Punk Rock Museum

Shawna Kenney, author, zinester, and overall bad ass punk from the DC Area. Author of the memoir, I Was A Teenage Dominatrix, who just got a reissue with a new cover by Rockets Are Red’s Jeffrey Everett. Everett, a jack of so many artistic trades, designer, illustrator, and also author has been working the last twenty-plus years on art pieces for so many bands featured on Punknews as well as a plethora of work for corporate and non-profit organizations. The two will be exhibiting items at the The Punk Rock Museum with an all new temporary exhibition for the titled Reflexxions. The exhibit is showing now in Vegas and is running for a limited amount of time. Contributing Editor Samantha Barrett spoke with the two about the collaboration.
