Punk Rock Bowling has announced its 2024 lineup. Madness, Devo, and Descendents headline the Festival. Other bands playing include Gogol Bordello, Billy Bragg, The Chats, Gorilla Biscuits, Quicksand, Stiff Little Fingers, Subhumans, Lagwagon, Destroy Boys, Madball, Scowl, 999, English Beat], Skatalites, 7 Seconds, Bratmobile, Snooper, Cosmic Psychos, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, Niis, Die Spitz, Vial, Teen Mortgage, Citbite and more. The club shows are expected to be announced in the next few months. PRB 2024 is May 24-27 in Las Vegas.

Jeff Rosenstock is the song/score composer for Craig of the Creek and the jsut released Craig of the Creek movie. For the movie soundtrack/score, Rosenstock pulled in some friends to record the movie's songs. People supplying vocals to the Craig of the Creek movie include Rosenstock, Mike Park (who also co-wrote a song for the movie), Brittany Luna and Tim Hildebrand, Pierce Jordan of Soul Glo, and more.

Social Distortion and Bad Religion will co-headline a fairly long tour in 2024. SD will be playing all of Mommy's Little Monster. The Lovebombs open. The bands will be hitting most of USA. The trek kicks off in early April and runs through the majority of May. You can see the dates below.

Kathleen Hanna of Bikini Kill has announced a book tour for the US. The shows will take place in May and a portion of ticket sales will be donated to Peace Sisters, a nonprofit that helps girls in Togo access education. A livestream of the Seattle date will be taking place on May 22. Tickets are on sale now. Kathleen Hanna’s memoir Rebel Girl: My Life as a Feminist Punk will be out on May 14 via Ecco, an imprint of HarperCollins. Check out the dates below.

Toronto-based music festival Prepare The Ground has added more bands to its 2024 lineup. Orchid (playing their only Canadian reunion show), Tomb Mold, Mike Scheidt of YOB, Yellow Eyes (performing Immersion Trench Reverie), This Is Hell, Kontravoid, Plack Blague, Cinder Well, FORN, Amulets, Volur, Tribunal, Jetsam, Witching, and Death Kneel will now be playing the festival. These bands join the previously announced first wave lineup which includes Emma Ruth Rundle, KEN Mode, Vile Creature, and Dreamwell. Prepare the Ground will take place May 31-June 2 across multiple venues including the Phoenix Theatre, Lee’s Palace, The Garrison, The Baby G, and Bar Orwell in Toronto.
