M.I.A. (the rapper, not the punk band) has come out in support of Trump. She recently tweeted a statement that says: "Trump is going to ride America through the most challenging 4 years coming pulling out weed , and RFK will inherit America when God is ready to replant and rebuild it righteously." If you have been following M.I.A. over the past few years (we have not) this statement may not come as a surprise. during Covid, she issued numerous anti-vax statements. She also has a product line called Ohmni that sells suspect items including a poncho that promises to deflect "electromagnetic waves such as Wi-Fi & 5G with up to 99.999% shielding effectiveness" and also restores "your autonomy and freedom, everynow." We may or may not keep you updated on this one.

Stand Atlantic have released a video for their song “NOSE BLEED” which features Sueco. The video was directed by Sarah Eiseman. The song is off their album WAS HERE which was released last week via Hopless Records and we spoke to lead vocalist Bonnie Fraser about it earlier this month. Stand Atlantic will be touring Austalia later this month and will be touring the UK and Europe in September. Check out the video below.

T1 Fest is October 8,9, and 10 at Reggie's in Chicago. Bollweevils are one of the headliners, making the gig their second time at the fest. They also just released an album last year. So, Punknews' John Gentile spoke to singer Daryl Wilson about the fest, the band's new LP, and even a little bit about the fact that he is a ER Doctor! Read the article below.

Bunuel the band comprised of Eugene Robinson (of the recently disbanded Oxbow), t Xabier Iriondo (Afterhours), bassist Andrea Lombardini (The framers) and drummer Franz Valente (IL teatro di orrori), will release a new album. It's called Mansuetude, and it's out October 25th on SKiN GRAFT and OVERDRIVE Records. The album was produced by Timo Ellis, and features guests including Jacob Bannon (Converge), guitarist Duane Denison (Jesus Lird), vocalist Megan Osztrosits (Couch Slut), cellist Andrea Beninati and David Binney on alto saxophone and vocals. Face to Face has released a new song called “Self-Determined”. It is an outtake from their recording sessions for their 2016 album Protection and was originally available as a flexi disc inside their book Face to Face: 25 Years of SoCal Punk, The Visual History which was put out by Melodic Virtue in 2017. The song is now available everywhere digitally. Face to Face will be touring Latin America with A Wilhelm Scream in October and released their album No Way Out But Through in 2021. Kill Lincoln have released a video for their new song “All Worries”. The video was put together by Mike Sosinski and features photos by Tyler Rodgers and CJ Uy. The song is off their upcoming album No Normal which will be out on September 27 via Bad Time Records. Kill Lincoln will be touring the US supporting the Suicide Machines in September and released Can’t Complain in 2020. Check out the video below.
