Just two days after Social Distortion announced the departure of drummer Adam “Atom” Willard, they picked up Scott Reeder of Fu Manchu to play in Willard’s stead. Reeder will make his first appearance with Social D on the band’s South American tour beginning in early April. It is uncertain how the lineup change will affect the band’s recording of their new album, the follow-up to 2004’s Sex, Love & Rock ‘N’ Roll.
