Earlier this week, screamo/post-hardcore supergroup United Nations (most notably featuring Thursday frontman Geoff Rickly, but also currently features members of The Lovekill, and Pianos Become the Teeth) played at show at St. Vitus in Brooklyn, NY. Before the show began, Saturday Night Live cast member Vanessa Bayer got up on stage and performed a roast of the band and luckily for all of us, someone caught it on tape. United Nations recently released their second album, The Next Four Years, on July 15, 2014 through Temporary Residence.
Oh, it should also be noted that Vanessa Bayer is the sister of United Nations member, Jonah Bayer. This is also not her first time making fun of a punk band.
