Jersey rockers The Gaslight Anthem are wrapping up the tail end of their pre-hiatus run of shows across the Atlantic Ocean. They band played their last headline set at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire last night, and were joined onstage by the great, and unexpectedly tall, Frank Turner for a slow-burn rendition of TGA’s song “Great Expectations.” Watch the video below.
Fans of the band will remember that they almost pulled the plug a couple of years ago prior to the recording of their latest album, “Get Hurt,” which was released in August 2014 on Island Records. Their last US show was in Bridgeport, CT, last month, effectively guaranteeing that the hiatus won’t be a permanent thing…
