Isles & Glaciers, the collaborative side-project of members of Chiodos, Pierce the Veil, and Sleeping with Sirens, are set to release The Hearts of Lonely People (Remixes) on November 11th through Equal Vision Records.
Due to the demands of their other bands, the members of Isles & Glaciers were never able to record a follow-up to Hearts. Instead, they are offering up the original 7 songs, uniquely re-recorded for this release.
