Elliot Partridge comments, “This particular song is about trying to keep hold of your sense of self. It’s very easy to believe your own hype, or to try and live up to other people’s expectations by being something that you’re not– and it’s very hard to be happy or content when you’ve lost sight of what it is that actually makes you who you are.”
