Long Island indie-punk group State Lines are streaming “5s On The Elephant,” a new song off their coming self-titled 7-inch due out next month on Tiny Engines Records. You can give it a listen here, courtesy of the folks at Absolute Punk.

Tiny Engines has announced the newest release from Long Island, NY’s State Lines. The label will release the band’s sophomore full-length, “For The Boats” on 12″ vinyl in early 2013 with pre-orders and digital release in December. This will be the follow up to State Lines’ Self-Titled 7″ which was released in the Summer of 2012.
You can hear “Linger,” the first single from “For The Boats”, right here. The track is titled “Linger” and a version of the song will also appear on the freshly announced 4-Way Fest 7″ Split with Into It. Over It., Misser, State Lines, and You Blew It! on Music Gives Back.
State Lines will, of course, be playing FEST 11 in Gainesville, FL. The band’s time slot will be at 7:10pm on Friday, October 26th at The Laboratory. Check out the entire Tiny Engines Fest schedule here.
