Rage Against The Machine will not be performing live or touring any longer. The news came in an Instagram post by their drummer Brad Wilk which reads, ”I know a lot of people are waiting for us to announce new tour dates for all the cancelled RATM shows. I don’t want to string people or myself along any further. So while there has been some communication that this may be happing in the future…I want to let you know that RATM (Tim, Zack, Tom, and I) will not be touring or playing live again. I’m sorry for those of you who have been waiting for this to happen. I really wish it was…” Rage Against The Machine were forced to cancel the remainder of their Public Service Announcement tour in 2022 after Zack de la Rocha severed his Achilles tendon and was advised not to perform due to medical guidance after playing multiple shows sitting down. The tour was originally announced in 2019 and had been postponed multiple times due to the pandemic. The band was inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame in 2023 with Tom Morello the only member of the band in attendance. See the statement in full below.

Cro-Mags will play the southeast this February. The tour runs through the second half of the month and the bands treks from Texas over to Missouri to Georgia and then wraps up back in Texas. Tacoma-based music festival Just Another Gig has announced its lineup for this year. All Out War, Apex Predator, Big Boy, C4, Chopping Block, Combust, Cosmic Joke, Crawl Space, Destiny Bond, Elimination Squad, End of Dayz, Extinguish, Field of Flames, Gag, Hold My Own, Ingrown, Initiate, Killing Time, Land Lost, Last Wishes, Meantime, Misery Whip, Scarab, Slime, Spurr, Terror, Twitching Tongues, Witness Chamber, World I Hate, and Xibalba will playing the festival. Just Another Gig will take place on March 1-3 at Real Art Tacoma in Tacoma, Washington.

Philadelphia-based hardcore punk band B00B have released their demo. The demo was recorded live on December 23, 2023 and features three tracks. This marks their debut release. B00B will be playing their first show on January 5 at Cousin Danny’s with Harsh Realm, Cave Grave, and The HIRS Collective and will be playing their second show on January 28 at The Meadow with Grey Cell, Gloom Doom, and Kiande Amedha.
