Washington, DC-based post-dance-punk band Light Beams have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Wild Life and will be out on November 3 via Dischord Records / Mud Memory. The band has also released a video for their new song “Coming Our Way” which was directed by Jonathan Howard. Light Beans will be touring the US starting in November and released their album Self Help in 2020. Check out the video, tracklist, and dates below.

Racetraitor have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Creation and the Timeless Order of Things and will be out on November 17 via Good Fight Music. The band has released their first single called “Eid” which features Persian classical musician Fared Shafinury and guest vocals from Patrick Hassan of xRepentancex. A video for the track has also been released which features footage shot in Teheran, Iran using an iPhone to avoid detection and potential arrest. Racetraitor released their album 2042 in 2018. Calling Hours, the band made up of Popeye Vogelsang of Farside, and Garrett Rothman, Tom McGrath, Tony Bavaria, and Jim Bedorf of Don’t Sleep, have announced that they will be releasing their debut album. It is called Say Less and will be out on November 10 via Revelation Records. The band has also released a video for their new song “Curtain Call”. The video was directed and filmed by Josh Nesmith. Year of the Knife have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called No Love Lost and will be out on October 27 via Pure Noise Records. The band has also released two new songs, “Wish” featuring Devin Swank of Sanguisugabogg and “Last Laugh” featuring Dylan Walker of Full of Hell. In June, the band was involved in a terrible car accident while on tour that left the band with serious injuries, especially lead vocalist Madison Watkins who broke several bones and suffered a traumatic brain injury. All proceeds will be going directly to the band to help with their ongoing recovery. Year of the Knife released their EP Dust to Dust in 2022 and their album Internal Incarceration in 2020. Boston-based soft punk artist TIFFY has announced that she will be releasing her debut album. It is called So Serious and will be out on November 3 via Totally Real Records / Dollhouse Lightning. A video for her new song “Don’t Take It Personally” has also been released. The video features art by Joe Botsch and motion graphics by Jen Meller. TIFFY released her self-titled EP in 2021.
