Anal Cunt to release 6xLP box set

Anal Cunt, or the entities controlling Seth Putnam's intellectual property, will be releasing a 6xLP box set collecting the vast majority of Anal Cunt's early works. The release collects more than 25 separate releases, amounting to hundreds of "songs," and covers the years 1988-1991. That's out in July via F.O.A.D. records. You can see the contents below.

Sore Dream and Hisham Akira Bharoocha announce collaborative album, release "Blown Optics"

Sore Dream, the noise duo made up of Dylan Walker and Spencer Hazard of Full of Hell, and multimedia artist Hisham Akira Bharoocha have announced that they will be releasing a collaborative album together. It is called Sore Dream x Hisham Akira Bharoocha and will be out on July 28 via Closed Casket Activities. The first single from the album called “Blown Optics” has been released. Videos: Ratboys: "The Window"

Ratboys have released a video for their new song “The Window”. The video was directed by John TerEick and produced by Lainey Muhlberg. The song is off their upcoming album of the same name which will be out on August 25 via Topshelf Records. Ratboys released Happy Birthday, Ratboy in 2021. Check out the video below.

Drunktank sign to Thousand Island Records, to reissue 'Return of the Infamous Four'

Drunktank have announced that they have signed to Thousand Island Records. The band will also be reissuing their 2019 album Return of the Infamous Four on the label. The reissue features alternate artwork and will be out in September. The band is currently working on new material which will be the first since Ivaylo, Jasper, and Jouke joined the band. Drunktank will be playing Music For Cancer Fest XI and Le Deluge Fest in Quebec this September.

Magnitude: "Rectify"

Magnitude have released a new single. It is called “Rectify” and is off their upcoming album which will be out this fall via Triple B Records. Magnitude related their album To Whatever Fateful End in 2019. Check out the song below.

Pool Kids and POOL surprise-release split EP

Pool Kids have surprise-released a split EP with POOL, their hardcore alter-egos. The EP features three songs from each band including alternate versions of “Talk Too Much” and “Arm’s Length” from their 2022 self-titled album. Pool Kids will be touring the US starting in July. Videos: Taking Back Sunday: "The One"

Taking Back Sunday have released a video for their new song “The One”. The video was directed by DJay Brawner. The song is their first new track in four years and marks their first single they've released since signing with Fantasy Records. Taking Back Sunday will be headlining the Sad Summer touring festival around the US starting in July and will be playing Four Chord Music Fest in August. The band released Twenty in 2019.
