Deforesters have released a new song. It is called “Springsteenian” and is their first new song in 5 years. The band have also hinted that they will be releasing an album soon. Deforesters released their album Leonard in 2017. Check out the song below.

Philadelphia punkers Vulture Raid have released their debut EP. It's self-titled and includes four tracks. You can check it out below.

Following the cancelation of Bauhaus' 2022 tour, Love and Rockets, the band that includes Daniel Ash, David J, and Kevin Haskins of Bauhaus are going on tour. It's a week long jaunt at the end of May. You can see the dates below. Meanwhile, Bauhaus singer Peter Murphy is about to embark on a Bowie tribute tour with Adrian Belew.

Magnolia Park have released a video for their new song “Facedown”. The video features art by Jessica Griffith and animations by Agustin Esquibel. The song will be off Baku’s Revenge Deluxe which will be out April 14 via Epitaph Records. Magnolia Park are currently touring the US and released Baku’s Revenge in 2022. Check out the song below.

For the first time in 33 years, the sales of new vinyl records surpassed the sales of physical CDs, in terms of physical units sold. According to an RIAA report, in 2022, 41 million new vinyl records were sold in 2022. This accounted for about $1.2 billion in sales. In the same year, CDs sold 31 million units. This was the 17th consecutive year that vinyl sales grew, and vinyl sales accounted for about 71% of physical music sale revenue. Meanwhile, digital downloads (not streaming) continued to fall, dropping 20% in 2022 to $492 million in sales. Of course, streaming still dominates music revenue- Revenue from streaming, which includes "paid subscriptions, ad-supported services, digital and customized radio, social media platforms, digital fitness apps and others," grew 7% to a record high $13.3 billion. It accounted for 84% of total revenue.

Jesus Piece have released a new song. It is called “Silver Lining” and is off their upcoming album …So Unknown which will be out April 14 via Century Media.
