Tightwire has announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Head Full of Snakes and will be out on June 9 via Red Scare Industries. A video for their new song “One Foot In The Grave” which was shot and edited by the band has also been released. Tightwire released their album Six Feet Deep in 2018. Montreal-based Dead Alright, the solo project of Louis-Charles Berthiaume of Brand New Lungs, has released a new single. The Pretenders have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Relentless and will be out on September 1 via Rhino. The lineup on this album is Chrissie Hyde, James Walbourne, Kris Sonne, Chris Hill, Dave Page, and Carwyn Ellis. Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead is featured on the closing track “I Think About You Daily”. The band has also released their first single called “Let The Sun Come In”. Springfield, Illinois hardcore band Shroud have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called This Will Define You and features five new tracks. The EP will be out on May 17 via Delayed Gratification Records. Shroud will be playing a handful of US shows starting later this month and released their EP Staring into the Eyes of Heaven in 2022. Sincere Engineer has released a video for their new song “Fireplace”. The video was written and produced by Deanna Belos and the band performances were filmed by Eric Mott. The song appears to be a standalone single and is available digitally via Hopeless Records. Speaking about the song Deanna said,"'Fireplace' is a kinda funny song about not liking someone and not caring if they get chopped up and eaten and thrown in a fireplace because they were jerk! I took some lyrical risks with this one but I'm super stoked on it and think it's really catchy. To me, it's like the 'Corn Dog Sonnet No. 7' of this record!"Sincere Engineer released two new singles and an acoustic version of “Trust Me” in 2022 and released their album Bless My Psyche in 2021. The band will be playing the US on the touring festival Sad Summer Fest this July and will be playing Four Chord Music Fest in Pennsylvania this August. Check out the video below.

Pupil Slicer have released a video for their songs “Glaring Dark of Night” and “Momentary Actuality”. The video was filmed at the Theatre Royal Windsor and was produced and directed by David Gregory.
