Drain have announced supports for their upcoming US and Canada tour. Drug Church, Magnitude, Outta Pocket, MSPaint, Torena, Gel, Combust, Restraining Order, and Gumm will be joining them on select dates. Portrayal of Guilt have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Devil Music and will be out digitally on April 20 and physically on April 21 via Run For Cover Records. The band has also released a short film for Side B of the record (“I (One Last Taste of Heaven)”, “II (Untitled)”, “III (Burning Hand)”, “IV (Where Angels Come to Die)”, “V (Devil Music”) that was directed by Emmanuella Zachariou. A DVD including the short film and bonus video content will also be released and is expected out on May 22. Portrayal of Guilt will be touring Europe with Muscle Worship starting in April and touring Japan with Palm in late May. The band released their albums We Are Always Alone and CHRISTFUCKER in 2021. Today we are thrilled to bring you the premiere of the new video by Los Angeles-based glam punks Broken Baby! The song is called “It’s Only Rock and Roll (But I Hate It)” and the video was directed by Charles Pieper. Speaking to Punknews about the video, lead vocalist Amber Bollinger said, "We were lucky enough to work with our very talented director friend, Charles Pieper, on this one. He had the idea and helped us put it all together by bringing onboard Daniel Marks to ensure that I looked absolutely amazing (and frightening!). I'm essentially an expressionistic angry robot, frustrated with the state of rock and roll, which is intercut with me appearing to be dressed in classic rock looks – Kurt Cobain, Alice Cooper, Debbie Harry, one of the Beatles (choose one). It's basically a fun house of rock and roll cliche personalities.” ”It’s Only Rock and Roll (But I Hate It)” is a standalone single and will be out everywhere tomorrow via Poor Man Records.
