Guitarist Christian Martucci is stepping down from The Drowns, for now. He stated personal reasons are keeping him from being more involved with the band, but plans to be part of the band in some form, in the future. You can see his statement below,

Matt Freeman of Rancid and Charger (and Operation Ivy has a new band. It's called Crimewave66. It also includes Rob Milucky, Chris Huber, and Joel Ronamoe. The band has a few shows coming up: 10/1 – Yellow Rose Canyon – Mount Enterprise, TX; 10/23 – Club Congress – Tucson, AZ; 10/25 – Wild West Arena – Winchester, CA. You can hear some new music below.
