Pinkshift have released a new song. It is called “Snow” and is available digitally now via Hopeless Records. It is the third single (following “Authority Problem” and their cover of Slipknot’s “Eyeless”) the band has released following the release of their second album Earthkeeper earlier this year. The Flatliners have announced Ontario shows for February. The trek kicks off on February 20 in Kingston and wraps up on February 28 in St. Catharines. The Flatliners released their album New Ruin in 2022. Check out the dates below.
Gylt have released a new song. It is called “Wrought/Rot” and is off their upcoming album In 1,000 Agonies, I Exist which will be out on January 16 via Get Better Records. Gylt released I Will Commit A Holy Crime: Tandem and their EP DEMOS II earlier this year. Check out the song below.
After a turbulent 2024 which culminated with the band fist fighting on stage and breaking up, and after a $10 million lawsuit, Jane's Addiction have reconciled. In two separate statements, Perry Farrell apologizes to the band and the rest of the band apologizes to Perry. While it does not seem like the band will continue as an active unit as per the statements, it does seem like they have settled the lawsuit and will maintain a business relationship. WORM have released a video for their new song “Blackheart”. The video was directed by Norman Cabrera and produced by Maya Kay. The song is off the band’s upcoming album Necropalace which will be out on February 13 via Century Media. WORM released their album Nights in Hell in 2023. Check out the video below.
London-based punk rockers Twat Union have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called Don’t Blame The Peach and features five new songs, including their previously released single Tiny Shorts. The EP will be out on February 20 digitally as well as on vinyl via Alcopop! Records. The vinyl version of the EP features their debut EP, Don’t Look It In The Eye (which was released earlier this year), on the B-side. Check out the tracklist below.
Subhumans have announced US tour dates for this spring. The trek begins on March 28 in Los Angeles, California and wraps up on April 11 in Queens, New York. La Pobreska will be joining them on all dates except their performance at CY Fest on March 28. Tickets go on sale on December 19. Subhumans released Crisis Point in 2019. Check out the dates below.
Earlier this month, Amyl and the Sniffers announced a massive headlining tour of North America Now, they’ve announced the support for these upcoming shows. L7 will be joining them on their shows in Toronto (RBC Amphitheatre, June 4), Montreal (Place Bell, June 5), and Morrison, Colorado (Red Rocks Amphitheatre, June 17) and Party Dozen will be joining them on all dates.
