Ritual Error to release debut album, share "Life Is A Contact Sport" video

London, UK-based post-hardcore band Ritual Error have announced that they will be releasing their debut album. It is called Dial In The Ghost and will be out on November 8 via TNS Records. The band has also released a video for their new song “Life Is A Contact Sport” which was directed by Richard Mukuze. Ritual Error released their single “Good Conscience In Three Stages” in 2023 and released their Demo in 2022. Check out the video below.

Bumsy and the Moochers are going to put out a new EP! It's called Anywhere But Here and it's out November 1st, 2024 via sellt he Heart Records. Bumsy and the Moochers are an unapologetically ska band ands they kick out bouncing, high energy ska music. You two-tone and third-wave maniacs will eat this up… especially since the new song, "Please abduct me," is about how Tom Delonge was right about aliens. Singer Caitlin Edwards spoke to Punknews, "With all the alien news coming out, we thought as a band we should write a song about how Tom Delonge was right. I wrote the song in 30 minutes. Converge release live album for Bandcamp Friday to benefit Mutual Aid Disaster Relief

Converge have released a live album for Bandcamp Friday. The album was recorded live at their show at the Abbey in Orlando, Florida on March 14, 2022 by Zach Rippy. The tracks were mixed by Kurt Ballou. Proceeds from the sale of the record will be donated to Mutual Aid Disaster Relief to help those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Check out the album below.

Break-ups: Still Alive to break up after 15 years, share video for final song "Make Melodies"

Chicago-based ska punk band Still Alive have released a video their final song “Make Melodies”. The song is available digitally via Bad Time Records. The band announced they would be breaking up earlier this week in an Instagram post which reads, ”Our time has run out. Over the last 15 years, we’ve had a blast traveling across the country playing our songs and meeting new friends. Words cannot express our gratitude for the support we received. Thank you to all the kind folks that put us up, booked a show, cooked us a meal, bought a shirt, or sang along. Stay tuned for shows. We’ll see ya around” Still Alive have a handful of shows booked for later this month including a performance at Fest. The band released four albums the last of which was a split with Stuck Lucky in 2020. The band released their EP Voices in 2023. Check out the video, dates, and the band’s statement in full below.

Authority Zero have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called Thirty Years: Speaking to the Youth and will be out on November 1. The band has also released a video for their new song “Lights Out” which was directed by Bryan Heiden. Authority Zero released their album Ollie Ollie Oxen Free in 2021. Check out the video below.
