Pinkshift record Audiotree Live Session, announce UK tour with Heart Attack Man

Pinkshift have recorded an Audiotree Live Session. The band played “Spiritseeker”, “Blood”, “Evil Eye”, “Patience”, and “Something More” from their 2025 album Earthkeeper along with their single “Authority Problem” and “I’m gonna tell my therapist on you” from their 2021 debut EP Saccharine. Pinkshift have also announced a co-headlining UK tour with Heart Attack Man for this summer. The tour begins on July 8 in Manchester and wraps up on July 16 in London. This run of shows also includes the bands' performances at 2000trees Festival. Check out the full session and dates below.

Still Bones to release new EP, share "Long Way" video

Still Bones have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called Start/Stop and will be out on April 3. The band has also released a video for their new song “Long Way” which was created by Vinnie Burke, who also contributed footage along with Ben Janusz and Michael Stewart. Still Bones released “Remind Me Tomorrow” in 2025 and released their album Dopeful in 2021. Check out the video below.

Bad Operation to release new album, share "Free Dom" video

Bad Operation have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Everything Must Go and will be out on April 24 via Bad Time Records and Community Records. The band has also released a video for their new song “Free Dom” which was directed and edited by Mitch Wells. Bad Operation will be touring the US as part of the 'Bad Time Records Tour' later this month. The band released their split with Joe Gittleman in 2023 and released their self-titled album in 2020. Toronto-based New Friends Fest has announced details for this year’s festival. Portraits of Past, Rainer Maria, Carissa’s Wierd, Reversal of Man, In Loving Memory, Lord Snow, Tomb Mold, Dikembe, Ostraca, The Caution Children, Demersal, Gros Enfant Mort, Adobe Homes, Quiet Fear, Common Sage, Joliette, The Names of Our Friends, New Forms, Star 99, Cienfuegos, Poetry of Torch, Commitment, Nø Man, Clay Birds, Coup d’Etat, Votive, Eudaemon, …And Its Name Was Epyon, Boxcutter, Ultra Love, It’s You! It’s Me! And There’s Dancing!, Underwater Basket Weaving, Dear Evangeline, Daydream Plus, and Body Nest will be playing the festival. The tour poster was designed by Asep Yasin Abdulah and kai lumbang. New Friends Fest will take place at the Lithuanian House in Toronto, Ontario on July 31-August 2.

Fugazi releases Albini Sessions

Fugazi have released The Albini Sessions. This material was the original attempt at In on the Killtaker. The band ended up re-recording the material with long time engineer Don Zientara. However, they have now released the Steve Albini recordings and are donating all proceeds to Letters charity. It's a digital only release. You can hear some tracks below.

Tours: Portrayal of Guilt to release new album, share two new songs, announce North American tour

Portrayal of Guilt have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called …Beginning of the End and will be out on April 24 via Run For Cover Records. The band has also released videos for their two new song “Ecstasy” and “Human Terror”. The video for “Ecstasy” was shot, built, and edited by Craig Murray. Along with the album announcement, Portrayal of Guilt announced North American tour dates for the spring. The dates will begin on May 9 in Austin, Texas and wrap up on June 7 in Atlanta, Georgia. Street Sects will be joining them on all dates with Pageninetynine, Taraneh, Halloween, and The Infinity Ring joining them on select dates. Portrayal of Guilt released their remix album CHRISTFUCKER II in 2024 and released their album Devil Music in 2023. Check out the videos, tracklist, and dates below.

Oshawa, Ontario-based punk rockers Live With It have released two new songs. They are called “Big Shiny Tunes 2” and “What’s My Wage Again?” Both are available digitally now. Live With It released their EP Old Haunts in 2025. Check out the songs below.

Weird Nightmare, the solo project of Alex Edkins of METZ, has released a video for “Pay No Mind”. The video was directed and edited by boy wonder. The song is off their upcoming album Hoopla which will be out on May 1 via Sub Pop Records. Weird Nightmare released their self-titled album in 2022. Check out the video below.
