Tigers Jaw announce acoustic Valentine's Day shows (US)

Tigers Jaw have announced that they will be playing three acoustic shows across the US in February to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The shows will be acoustic and will feature Ben Walsh and Brianna Collins as a duo. All shows will take place at City Winery locations and tickets will go on sale on Friday. Tigers Jaw released their EP Old Clothes in 2022 and their album I Won’t Care How You Remember Me in 2021. They will be touring the US as a full band with Movements starting in March. Strike Anywhere announce shows with Praise and No Man (US)

Strike Anywhere have announced that they will be playing two shows with Praise and No Man this May. The first show will take place on May 3 at Richmond Music Hall in Richmond, Virginia and the second show will take place on May 4 at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn, New York. Tickets go on sale on Friday. Strike Anywhere will be touring Europe with BoySetsFire in September and released Nightmares of the West [EP] in 2020.

Videos: Sleater-Kinney: "Untidy Creature"

Sleater-Kinney have released a video for their new song “Untidy Creature”. The video was directed by Nick Pollet and stars free diver Amber Bourke. The song is off their upcoming album Little Rope which will be out on January 19 via Loma Vista. Sleater-Kinney will be touring the US and BC starting next month and released their album Path Of Wellness in 2021. Check out the video below.

Drummer Brad Wilk says Rage Against The Machine will not being touring or performing live again

Rage Against The Machine will not be performing live or touring any longer. The news came in an Instagram post by their drummer Brad Wilk which reads, ”I know a lot of people are waiting for us to announce new tour dates for all the cancelled RATM shows. I don’t want to string people or myself along any further. So while there has been some communication that this may be happing in the future…I want to let you know that RATM (Tim, Zack, Tom, and I) will not be touring or playing live again. I’m sorry for those of you who have been waiting for this to happen. I really wish it was…” Rage Against The Machine were forced to cancel the remainder of their Public Service Announcement tour in 2022 after Zack de la Rocha severed his Achilles tendon and was advised not to perform due to medical guidance after playing multiple shows sitting down. The tour was originally announced in 2019 and had been postponed multiple times due to the pandemic. The band was inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame in 2023 with Tom Morello the only member of the band in attendance. See the statement in full below.

Cro-Mags to play Southeast in February

Cro-Mags will play the southeast this February. The tour runs through the second half of the month and the bands treks from Texas over to Missouri to Georgia and then wraps up back in Texas. Snafu and Writhings open on different dates. You can see the dates below. The band released In the Beginning in 2020.
