Clowns have announced five shows on their home turf of Australia. The gigs run from late March through Early April. Voiid (not [[Void)] open most of the shows. You can see the dates below.

Philadelphia-based hardcore punk band B00B have released their demo. The demo was recorded live on December 23, 2023 and features three tracks. This marks their debut release. B00B will be playing their first show on January 5 at Cousin Danny’s with Harsh Realm, Cave Grave, and The HIRS Collective and will be playing their second show on January 28 at The Meadow with Grey Cell, Gloom Doom, and Kiande Amedha. Cherry Red Records is going to release an expanded version of the only by early punkers Suburban Studs. The new version of Slam. The new version features the full album on disc 1. Disc 2 includes singles and single mixes, a peel session and demos from an unreleased proposed second album. That is out January 12.

Theo Lengyel, who was in Mr. Bungle from 1985-1996, has been arrested for the murder of his girlfriend Alice “Alyx” Kamakaokalani Herrmann. Herrmann went missing in early December and her car was found in front of Lengyel's house in El Cerrito. After the disappearance, Lengyel went to Portland for a period of time. Lengyel has been a person of interest since the murder. Police are currently awaiting confirmation that the human remains found are indeed those of Herrmann. Apparently, Lengyel and Herrmann were married previously, and around 2017, had a domestic violence incident and filed for divorce. We'll keep you updated.

Buffalo-based melodic hardcore punk band On The Cinder have released a new song called “Smells Like American Spirit”. It is off their upcoming album Heavy-Handed which will be out on May 7 via the band’s own label Flower House Records. On The Cinder will be touring Ontario starting later this month and released their EP Sedentary Escape in 2021. Check out the song and dates below.

Roman Candle have parted ways with their bassist Nico Borgia following allegations of domestic abuse and sexual assault. Vocalist Piper Ferrari released a statement from the band on Twitter/X which reads, ”Yesterday we became aware of allegations of domestic abuse and sexual assault by a former partner of our bassist, Nico. In light of these allegations, we have all decided to part ways with Nico. We were aware the relationship was unhealthy but not to the extent of what has been shared. We hope it goes without saying that we do not condone abuse in any form, but we want to take the opportunity to reiterate that here.
