With their debut EP “Straight No Chaser”, Northwich’s Gamblers have set their stall out as a band that makes energetic, fun and catchy garage punk. EP opener “Casket Face” wastes no time channelling The Bronx and Cancer Bats, delivering a refreshing kick in the face for those impatient for something to jump around to, and the band rarely lets up across the six tracks. “Time Less Wasted” arrives with dashes of Fucked Up and The Hives as the mid-record highlight, but there’s no dull moments on a record that’s accomplished far beyond the band’s modest years. “Straight No Chaser” is a great starting point for a band with plenty of promise, and if Gamblers manage to translate this impressive first effort into a full length, they’re going to be very exciting in the forthcoming years.

Dallas punks, Fat By The Gallon have announced a 12-date springtime tour through Europe, with a few dates opening for Teenage Bottlerocket and a stop along the way at SBAM fest in Wels, Austria. Wave hi to the local boys for me!

Ipswich, UK street punks (described by the label as The Restarts meet Gogol Bordello) Casual Nausea have signed to TNS Records to release their debut album. Demons is out on April 19th, with pre-orders up now.

The band’s previous output is up on Bandcamp now.

Zebrahead recently released their 13th studio album, Brain Invaders. The band have now released a video from it, for “When Both Sides Suck, We’re All Winners”.

Brooklyn pop punk band THICK have signed to Epitaph Records and have released 3 new songs available on spotify. The band formed in the New York DIY/all-ages scene back in 2014 and had previously released two EPs. They cite blink-182 as one of their biggest influences, and you can hear that dripping through in places in a lot of their songs.

Additionally, THICK have also shared a video for the song ‘Green Eyes’. Check out the video below.

Broadway Calls haven’t put out an album since ‘Confort/Distraction’ in 2013. That is finally going to change as the band have announced that they are going to release new material in 2020 via Red Scare. If you enjoyed big songs like ‘Back To Oregon’ and ‘Basement Royalty’ a few years back, keep an eye out for what is to come.

Red Scare will also be making their debut self-titled album from 2007 available on digital platforms on April 5th.

California punk legends Bad Religion are streaming another new track from their long-awaited new album Age of Unreason, which arrives on May 3rd via Epitaph.

This song is called “Do the Paranoid Style” and you can now listen to it below.

Age of Unreason will not only be Bad Religion’s first full-length studio album since 2013’s True North, but their first release with Mike Dimkich (replacing Greg Hetson) on guitar and Jamie Miller (replacing Brooks Wackerman) on drums.
