Tours: Banquets announce spring shows

New Jersey punks Banquets will be heading on a weekend forever bender this April in the northeast. Friends in ERRTH, Pressure Wheel, Massive Nightmares, Not Gorgeous, Pretty Out and Civic Mimic will be supporting on select locations. Banquets released Petty Relics this past October. Guhn Twei to release new album

Rouyn Noranda, Quebec punk rock band Guhn Twei have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Une ville, une mine, un cancer and will be out on March 11 via Slam Disques. Guhn Twei released their album Capitale de l’arsenic in 2024. Check out the tracklist below.

Tours: Ribbon Skirt announce spring tour (EU and UK)

Ribbon Skirt have announced tour dates for Europe and the UK. The tour begins with their performance at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton on May 14 and wraps up on May 24 with their performance at Dot To Dot Festival in Nottingham. Ribbon Skirt released their album Bite Down and their EP PENSACOLA in 2025. Check out the dates below.

Good Riddance to release new album, share "There's Still Tonight"

Good Riddance have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Before The World Caves In and will be out on March 27 via Fat Wreck Chords. The band has also released a new song called "There's Still Tonight". Good Riddance released their album Thoughts and Prayers in 2019. Check out the song and tracklist below.

Green Day perform at Super Bowl LX

On February 8, Green Day kicked off the Super Bowl in Santa Clara, California. The band played snippets from “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)”, “Holiday”, “Boulevard of Broken Dreams”, and “American Idiot”. Green Day also performed at a pre-party in San Francisco on February 6, where they spoke out about ICE (with Billie Joe Armstrong saying in part, “Quit that shitty job you have. Because when this is over — and it will be over at some point in time — Kristi Noem, Stephen Miller, JD Vance, Donald Trump, they’re gonna drop you like a bad fucking habit. Come on this side of the line”, dedicated “Holiday” to Minneapolis, and changed a lyric in "Holiday" to say, “The representative from Epstein Island has the floor.” You can read our review right here. Bad Bunny performed at the halftime show. David, saxophonist for San Jose-based ska punk band Voluntary Hazing, was part of that performance. You can see the performances below.

Tours: Shop Talk to release new album, share "Love Dart", announce US tour

Brooklyn-based punk rockers Shop Talk have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is self-titled and will be out on March 13. The band has also released a new song called “Love Dart”. Shop Talk will be touring the US in March. The tour begins on March 20 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and wraps up on March 29 in Rochester, New York. The band released their EP Museum of Sex in 2025. Cissne to release debut EP, share "water lily"

Tokyo-based heavy experimental trio Cissne have announced that they will be releasing their debut EP. It is called Awake Children Under the Moon and will be out on April 10 via Lauren Records. The EP features five tracks, including their previously released singles “will” and “straysheep”. The band has also released a new song called “water lily”. Check out the song and tracklist below.
